We are looking for an experienced Product Lead who will be responsible for analyze data, develop insights, make decisions, and define actions to take. Your scope will be across all our current games, but focused on what you think will drive the most impact. 

You will lead a product team, so you’ll work closely with your peers. Our hope is that you’ll teach as well as learn.

Responsibilities:

• Lead products through the entire lifecycle of ideation, conception, validation, measurement, and iterative improvement
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team (Design, Art, Development & Analytics) to design, scope and implement core features that result in an outstanding gameplay experience for our players and positively inflect metrics

Skils and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong passion for games, creating fun, compelling and addictive user experiences
• 4+ years of leading successful game product teams
• Previous experience with new game development from concept stage through to worldwide launch
• Record of developing solutions to new problems, or continuously improving systems and processes
• Experience using data analysis tools and methodologies (excel modeling, SQL, Google Analytics)
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
